    Hello,

    i want to buy small sites... following are requirements

    1) Most important, it should be 'no-need-to-update' kind of site.
    2) no Adult, or illegal sites.
    3) need to make MINIMUM $30/month (thats the range i am looking for)
    4) need to provide solid proof of income and visitors
    5) don't prefer pr 0, minimum 1+ pr is expected
    6) forums considered too.
    7) no paid traffic/posting kind of thing plz.
