    Hi all,

    I'm looking for a small but well designed site.

    Basically a mini site that is custom/unique (no need for admin panel etc)

    Any topic is fine as long as i can have the rights to it so can use over and over again.

    Something simple will do but needs to look the part.

    Not after anything that has an admin panel/backend.

    Or even a template for a mini site would do. (No turnkeys/mass produced or freely available temples please.)
