    I'm looking to buy sites that either...

    1. Have a small stream of traffic
    2. Have been around for 6 months+, and/or
    3. Have a good amount of backlinks

    I'm basically looking for websites that are established in some way.

    My budget is $100-$300 per site and I'll pay via PayPal (My account is Verified).

    I realize I have zero iTrader rating but I can provide further details regarding myself if necessary.
