    I may lean towards buying an image host / file host / forum / incentivized site, but please leave me a msg with what site you have for sale.

    Budget will depend on the site, if the site warrants a bit of more cash, then it can be arranged.

    I'm looking to buy the site. I'm sorry but I don't have time to PM every single person. I'm simply looking for site, traffic, revenue.

    Why would you sell a site you just bought? How consistent is the earnings? How much traffic is it getting daily?

    Try my WhoWill.org - it doesn't have enough of the requirement you need, but it stand no. 1 for the its keyword "who will" (even with out the quotation marks). This makes the site promise a good potential.
