I can help, the guy you're talking about tried to rip me off today.
We had a 'transaction pending' with his agreement to pay, and it turned into an obvious attempt to scam me. I did honestly engage in a 'form of transaction' with the known thief, so I will leave negative i-trader and point it to my thread.
