    Hello everyone,

    I'm looking for established, low maintenance websites to acquire. I will entertain any offers to sell a website.

    Rules:
    -No turnkey/just established sites
    -Must be at least 3 months old
    -No Proxies, or File/Image Hosts
    -200+ UVs daily
    -Must have an application which will run on a Linux, Apache, Mysql, and PHP server

    Traffic (pageviews and unique visitors daily and monthly):
    Income stream (if not inherently obvious):
    How much you want to sell for:

    Sorry, I forgot to mention no content which might be illegal in the USA. I run in the US and so I can't offer MP3 downloads from my server, even if it's just an index. I'm not the type to be in a legal gray zone.
