WTB sites - Will pay 8x-20x monthly revenue

    I am looking for revenue producing sites that you are willing to sell. My preference is a site that is earning a monthly income from Adsense in the $20-$100/month range. For some sites I am willing to pay up to 20x monthy revenue with my max of $900 on one site. Of course, for that to happen the site has to be quality.

    Sites that will interest me most are content niche sites with ORIGINAL content that have mainly SE traffic. I am NOT interested in:

    *proxy sites
    *myspace sites
    *arcade sites
    *lyrics sites
    *forum only sites
    *free image hosting sites
    *sites that are less than 1 month old

    I will consider other methods of revenue such as CJ or subscriptions. Please pm or post if you have any sites that fall in this criteria.
