WTB sites - Will pay 8x-20x monthly revenue

    I am looking for small revenue producing sites that you are willing to sell. My preference is a site that is earning a monthly income from Adsense in the $20-$50/month range. For some sites I am willing to pay up to 20x monthy revenue with my max of $600 on one site. Of course, for that to happen the site has to be quality.

    Sites that will interest me most are content niche sites with ORIGINAL content. I am NOT interested in:

    *proxy sites
    *myspace sites
    *arcade sites
    *lyrics sites
    *forum only sites
    *free image hosting sites
    *sites that are less than 1 month old

    I will consider other methods of revenue such as CJ or subscriptions. Please pm or post if you have any sites that fall in this criteria.
