[WTB] Sites that are making 20$-40$ month.

Hi,
I need to extend my site portfolio so wanted to buy sites that are making 40$-50$ monthly from GOOGLE ADSENSE.



Budget: 300$ for more than 1 site.



Site categories: Travel, Mobile Phones, Real Estate, Technology, Education, Business Guides, Economy.



NOTE: I do not want to buy blog sites.

I have lots of those $20-40 or $40-50 per month type sites. Most of them are zero maintenance. I sites making $20 a month, my multiplier is 18-24x monthly income, depending on the cost of the site, the niche, the initial marketing expenses and the niche and age of the site.,

 

my multiplier is 5-6x of the monthly revenue.

 

and that formula is....? monthly income X times_____?

 

if a site makes 40$ monthly i buy it for 40$x5months=200$

 

Then I doubt you'll find any... seriously.

Why would anyone sell a site for 5-6 months revenue? I wouldn't sell any of my sites for less than 12...

 

Believe me, people do. Not everyone can get 10-12x revenue all the time.

 

I know skribblez, but revenue isn't all...
I have an unique PR5 tech website with over 150 original articles and revenue is little. I wouldn't sell it for less than $3000

 

you are right shenron, but i do not need like your site. they must not be older than 1 year. i am gonna improve those sites to reach maximum ad revenue.

 

If you are in that case interested in zero revenue aged sites, let me know. I have sites sitting with no revenue (because there are no ads ).

I have a few sites that make $30 - $500 a month.(Not all adsense)
Nothing less than 24 months rev.

For sites older than 4 years, 36 months rev and above.
