WTB: Sites that are earning $150-300/month!

Like title states. I am looking to buy websites that are earning $150-300 monthly rev.

I am fairly new to this field so looking to gather a few sites to network together some how. No Prox, Warez or Blog sites please.

Since im kind of new to the game, don't mean im stupid, So all you guys that are going to post and try and sale me crap sites without proof of earnings can just leave now. All offers that i consider will be checked out by my close friend that has been in the biz for a while.
