    I am looking to purchase sites with regular predictable revenue. Topic is not important. I am looking for the following:

    -Established 6 months or more

    -Earning $20+/month for minimum 3 months

    -Uses PHP, Java, Perl or other UNIX compatible technology

    I have a significant budget and will pay an appropriate # of months of revenue for the right sites. Please PM with sites an details.
