    I am looking to purchase a number of sites related to IT, Technology, Computers, Networking, Software, Hardware, and similar topics.

    Requirements:
    • Site content must be in proper English
    • No spam sites
    • No forums
    • No blogs
    • No proxies (proxy lists and proxy information sites are OK)
    • No content hosting sites

    I am trying to avoid sites which are primarily of interest to webmasters.

    That niche has done poorly for me in the past.

    At this time, I am interested in IT/Tech/Computer/Networking sites.

    I am not currently looking at entertainment sites.

    I have www.learn-networking.com - it was a static site but I recently converted it to a magazine-style blog. Not sure if I'd actually sell it, as it's pretty profitable. But am open to suggestions.
