    Hello,

    I am looking for sites that have been in existing for at least 8 months. Makes anywhere between 3$ to 10$ consistently a day via Adsense, YPN, CJ or CB affiliate site. No adult,gambling, proxies or anything that violates TOS of Search Engines. Prefer sites that are already optimized or semi optimized with absolutely no maintenance required. I want to be able to replace the site codes, make small teaks to site and have the income continue forward.

    Willing pay up to 12X time revenue. I will need specific average CTR info as I prefer sites over 3.5% CTR or above. If you have such a site, post your message here and PM me the site URL or market segment of the site, Traffic and income details along with your asking price. Again, income must be solid for at least 6 months +. Thanks
