[WTB] Sites in specific niches with revenue

Looking to buy sites in the following niches:

1) Content sites about advertising, graphic design, public relations, marketing, web2.0, internet technology, gadgets, trends, etc.
OR
2) Sites that perform a useful life function such as calculators, widgets, etc.

Requirements:
PR2 or above
Traffic more than 1,000 uniques per month, consistent for 6+ months
Revenue above $1/day, consistent for 6+ months
Good domain, no marketing4ubiz-mall.info crap
No pump and dumps - you must show me how you're getting your traffic.
Must be automated - I am not looking to have to write 5 blog posts a day to make a nickel here. If you have a script here that pulls in content and that works for you, awesome.

Payment:
Will pay up to 10X your average monthly NET revenue over 6 months. You must disclose any expenses towards advertising and hosting that you have paid. Offers below 10X will of course be considered first.

NOT INTERESTED IN: Proxy, Myspace, Traffic Exchange, Banner Networks or any of that cloned crap out there. Just real unique sites with real revenue.
