    I'll pay well.

    PR, alexa etc unimportant. But the site must be one that takes up little to no time to manage. I can't keep anwering emails every day, managing a forum, shipping stock... that kind of thing.

    Note: I don't want sites with potential to make $2K per month. I want sites with a history of making that kind of money - at least six months worth of history.
