    All the info is on there, but most importantly:

    "Make sure to include as much detail as possible, including the domain name, site traffic, search engine ranking (traffic and keywords), monthly revenue, how old the website is, and how much you are looking to sell it for."

    * If you are selling a site that isn't monetized, it has to have at least 600 uniques/day **
