    Want to purchase a website:

    Criteria
    1. Must have at least six month of revenue proof
    2. minimum revenue per month= $100
    3. minimum PR2
    4. Revenue must be from adsense/ppc network or client subscriptions
    5. no adult sites
    6. organic traffic
    7. looking for unique content - no ebook, article, proxy, myspace sites, etc.
    8. Example of sites that i buy: Travel, technical, guides...
