WTB Site with traffic and income

    Hello all

    I would like to buy a site with traffic and regular income for $x,xxx (low) or less.
    Ideally I would like a site that has multiple income streams e.g. adsense, retail, advertising.

    I am NOT looking for myspace resource sites or tutorials sites as I have a couple of those. No proxies or Forex either.

    Please let me know what you have.
