    Hi,

    I am in the market to buy another site. I will not tolerate offers of crap sites that dont meet the criteria so please READ carefully, thank you :)

    1. The site MUST have monthly income either from adsense or directory submissions if its a directory.

    2. Directories are fine

    3. Proxies, casinos, game sites, are not acceptable.

    4. I will do a proper due diligence check on anything I buy so dont bother trying to sell me tat.

    5. I will expect adsense proof, that means I will expect to see the domain and adsense report over a period of at least 3months. Dodgy screen grabs that dont show the domain will not be accepted.

    Income must be $50/month or more. I might spend anything between 500 dollars and 3000 dollars.

    Thanks, look forward to some good sites being offered for sale.

    Ok, so now I have quite a few offers from people with low quality sites and zero or near zero income.

    Forget it, looks like you have to hunt out decent purchases.
