    I don't think so. There are sites for sale on DP at even lower than 5 times!!

    not necessary. There are other than proxy sites for sale at less then 5 times the gross income...

    Ive got 2 for sale, one averaging $350 a month, the other about $600 a month. They are both incentive sites, I would sell the first one for $1800, the second one for $2500
