WTB: Site making between U$100 and U$300 p/m

We are looking for a site that makes between U$100 - U$300 p/m.

Requirements:
- Non-adult
- Must be making this amount for at least 6-8 months, if more then 12 months that will be even better.
- Source of income adsense or direct advertising (links etc), NO YPN Advertising or other country specific
- Must have proof of income.
- Site must be cached and indexed. At least PR1 would be preferable.
- Site must have an international audiance and be mostly in english.
- No Proxy sites
- No MFA sites

Additional:
- Budget will be dependant on site.
