    I am looking to buy a site making $30-$40 a month. I am willing to pay anywhere from 7-12x monthly rev based on what the site is and how old it is.

    I am not looking for proxies, adult, and pill type sites. I might consider myspace sites if the traffic is legit and not just bulletin spam.

    I'm not looking for a site that is 2 weeks old and you just make guestimate that it will make $30.

    I forgot to mention I live in the US, so no gambling sites either.
