    Looking to purchase a website:

    Criteria:

    1) Must have at least one year of revenue proof
    2) Revenue must be from adsense/ppc network or client subscriptions
    3) no M rated sites
    4) traffic has to be organic
    5) looking for unique content - no ebook, article, proxy, myspace sites, etc.
