WTB - Site for $5000 that generates atleast $500 in revenue a month

I want to buy a site, doesnt really matter what niche that is generating atleats $500 a month for the last few months consistently.

$5000 is my maximum budget.

 

You want a site that makes $6k a year, for $5k ?
Does that even sound logical?

 

yes i do. because I can build that into more, depending on the site. Plus, 5K was the max.

 

Having seen sales & buying sites around the 10 month rev price. Sounds logical enough to me.

No. I guess not. My bad. You are right, someone is always looking to sell cheap.

 

It is not cheap - cheap is less than 10 months revenue - like 6 months. 10 month revenue is fair game.

 

We must be talking about adsense revenue. Because I know 10 months of diversified revenue is NOT the going rate.

 

I also think 10 months revenue is pretty cheap becaus ethe person who took it to the $500 a month level must have put a lot of hard work into the site as well the possibilty of spending a fair deal of money on it.

 

Ditto, and it is quite different than just building a site earns $xx/month.
