i need 2 pages creating from a graphic design. they will need to be full css xhtml valid designs. I want to make it clear from the start that i do not want this to be created by using a large background image with all of the content put overt the top. not sure why this seems to be a favourite way of doing things but i dont like it as it really limits what i can do afterwards in terms of changes to the design. the front page will be a straight copy of the graphic i have. the second will be the "Content" version of this page with space in the right hand side to add content.
