I'd say that if one wants to buy 100+/m website should have at least $1,000 min budget .. otherwise who will be stupid enough to sell his site and loose so much money .. am I right ?

    Cheers,

10 month revenue? hooo...is too much...i will buy only if the site is strong and for the last 10 month make 100+ ,not 1-2 month
awaisuk - sorry is the proixyes are expensive for me..usually the proxy is cheapest sites.
venetsian - yep..but is too risky to get site for 1000$ and make only 100+ ..What happened after 8 month ?the site traffic goind down..revenue too..and what then ?1000$ for nothing.:((

    You both have good points.

If the site has been generating income for at least 6 months, then it would be stupid to sell for less than $1000.

If the site has been generating income for a month or two only. Then the buyer is taking a big risk when paying $1000.

If I had a site making $100 a month I would never consider selling it for less than a thousand dollars. Would be better to keep it and keep making 100/month.

If you buy a good site and don't neglect it, why would the income go down? You have to keep working to promote it then it should be fine. If you do nothing with it and it just sits there, then the revenue might go away.

I have two old sites that make about $4 a day each and I've noticed that without doing anything just by letting them age and link naturally I get more and more visitors each month. No digging no stumbling no promotion at all ...

Yes I do agree that you have to check the traffic sources because you can get screwed pretty badly, but I'm sure if you're going to sped 1000 then the seller would provide you with all the info you request ...

    Cheers,

    Venetsian
