    Hi All

    I am looking to buy several website within the following specifications-

    1. Low maintenance (I want to install it and basically forget about updating)

    2. PR of 3+

    3. Not Turnkey

    4. dot-com

    5. not adult/meds/gaming/proxy

    Traffic and revenue not important, the sites can be basic or complex, and in any industry.

    Each site needs to be under US$100

    Just to be clear.
    You are looking for a No Maintenance site that you don't ever have to do anything to.
    It has to be a PR 3.
    And you don't care if it makes any money, as long as the price is under $100.
    No adult/meds/gaming/proxy.

    This what you are looking for , correct?

    I have some of these kinda sites, with the only difference being the selling price. If such a site made $56 in adsense last month, how is me or somebody supposed to sell it for less then 2x monthly income, zero maintenance ?

    Sorry if I wasn't clearer. By no maintenance I mean blogs etc (something i'll have to constantly update). I just want to install the site on my server and advertise it. (maybe update it occasionally if need be)

    I don't care about revenue and don't expect it
