Buying WTB Servcies of PhotoShop Web Designer for PhotoShop Tutorials

Hiya All

As the Title says, I am looking for a person who is very familiar with Photoshop and is able to create PhotoShop Tutorials (for beginners, intermediate and complex tutorials).

I will require 2 Photoshop Tutorials per month, if the chosen person impresses with their work, there is alot of potential for the right person to create many photoshop tutorials for me.

Requirements:
1) I need to see a portfolio of your designs, photoshop tutorials, etc. If I do not see a showcase/portfolio or a range of your designs I will not choose you (Sorry).
2) You will be paid by PayPal (50% upfront, 50% after Tutorials have been sent).
3) Tutorials must be Unique, different, and come with full rights (So that I can do what I like with the tutorials and of course they will not be sold to any one else or submitted to any websites either).
