WTB - Seo services get me to the top for 2 terms

    Hi

    I am looking for anyone who can offer link building services to guarantee me a top 3 ranking for 2 key search terms with half a million and 750,000 estimated sites for the search.

    I have a domain with the keywords in the title and I am happy for the landing pages to be modified as needed.

    What I don't want:

    -Comment links on blogs
    -People who know nothing about SEO and are just trying to make a quick buck
    -link sale requests from individual sites

    I have a budget in mind but I want to see some offers first via PM. So fire away people.
