[WTB] SEO Services for one specific keyword.

    Hello, I am looking for SEO for my philosophy discussion forum.

    I am only interested in showing up in the top 10 for the following keyword: philosophy forums.

    The title of my website is philosophy-forums.com, so it shouldnt be too hard given the keywords are in the title.

    My budget is open ended; however I will only pay half until the website is consistently being shown for the top 10.

    I was already on the third page for philosophy forums, and my site was PR0, with almost no content yet.
