    • Dates from Apr 2006, and has some history.
    • Site was unfortunately put on the backburner for some time and thus dropped in the rankings. I rebuilt it with new content/features, etc. It is a PR1 now. Will jump back to PR3 or 4 next time, I'm sure.
    • Has several pages of original content (see "My SEO Series") and "Glossary" (under Categories), as well as auto-updates via RSS feeds (you can turn these off if you wanted to, and start posting your own content).
    • Well-indexed: 790 pages in Google, 492 pages indexed in Yahoo.
    • Site has never been actively promoted, but still received 302 unique visitors last month. Even featured in the Google results for the definition of "Sitemap".
    • Several revenue streams, but I'm not currently tracking these.
    • Runs on WordPress with a customized free theme.

    Considering offers around $150
