Hello guys, I have 14 sites and I need dedicated or C class Ips for all of them. The cheaper the better. Do let me know Ash
When you buy hosting, some host allow you to buy additional IPs from as low as $1/IP. So, it is better to ask your host if they can provide you extra IP.
Will u suggest some good hosting that can allow me to buy additions IP's ? I am currently hosting my site on 1and1 and I am not sure what they can do for me in terms of dedicated IP.
Probably too late for the OP, but good for anyone else interested. SEO hosting add-ons : http://www.2ip.com/seohosting.html Code (markup): add-on pack 1 : 5 different C-Class IPs $5/Month add-on pack 2 : 10 different C-Class IPs $10/Month These can be added to you plan at checkout. So you can interlink your websites, blogs, whatever without being penalised by BigG, and BigY. A dedicated IP is also a sign of better quality, and more serious hosting. Keep your domain registrations private just to be sure. Coupon codes ( for Webhostingstuff visitors only ) : http://www.2ip.com/webhostingstuff.html Code (markup): 2ip Web plan : Double Disk promo code: WEBDUO 2ip Pro plan : Double Year promo code: PRODUO With WEBDUO you get 200 MB instead of 100 MB With PRODUO you get 2 YEARS FREE UNLIMITED HOSTING The PRODUO promo code gives you 3 years of hosting for $50 (annual billing) Or get an even better hosting deal on the hosting plan part (not the IP add-ons) : Go into the sign up process. Click your browser's back button. You'll see a pop-up. You'll be offered the 300 servers deal : A one payment of $199 buys you lifetime hosting of their Monthly-Pro-package (it used to be $25, but they keep raising it.) Or, still on the 300 servers promo page, move your mouse to the top towards the address bar. You'll get a second offer, a one-time payment of $25 buys you lifetime hosting of their smallest package. During sign up you can pick your server location : US, Australia, or UK. I'm not hosting with them. But one of my buddies is, for the past 3 months or so. He's on Europe mainland like me, but he has chosen for a US server (Datacenter The Planet, Dallas, Texas.). The only complaint he has sofar is that ticket response is slow upto 12 hours, chat is not available 24/7. Their virtual chat is not very intelligent. Only telephone support is quick. So contact their support before diving in. Uptime of their own server is here (the one used for selling, so not one of the production servers you'll be hosted on) : http://www.webhostingstuff.com/uptime/2ipcom.html A better place to check uptime is (real production servers) : http://uptime.besthostratings.com/webhosts-uptime.php Actual people who bought the plans, register their website their to be monitored. So you'll see sometimes upto 5 different servers of one hosting company being monitored. Robert
