    I want to buy your sites as long as its NOT
    • proxy
    • warez
    • illegal content
    • copyrighted pictures,videos,images
    • any other copyrighted material
    • de-indexed in google (You MUST be indexed in Google)

    I need proof of traffic (awstats or like screen shots) and AT LEAST 5$/month in revenue. I prefer adsense revenue but would accept affiliate programs.

    I will only pay with PAYPAL, I dont pay any other methods.
    The sale requires you transfer the domain to my godaddy, I wont buy if you cant do this.

    Please PM me or reply post with specifics for each site for sale.

    Pretty high, but anything 5 figures or higher requires special attention and some secure way for both of us to transfer funds for full site ownership.

    I have a PR4 directory with good indexed pages and good PR on inner categories as well.
    domain registered- GoDaddy.
    Age- 5 months +
    Revenue= $0 ( never tried to monetize it as I wanted to get PR first.)

    Unique visitors - 550+ avg./m during last 3 months- all organic- as I didn't advertise it.

    Liability= NIL

    Extra values - 6 fully developed PR3 blogs for adding extra values/contents.:)

    Maintenance cost= NIL

    Prospect---> you can earn as much as you want. As I said, I never promoted it for monetizing- just got enough permanent links (they will not expire unless the website vanishes). The PR is natural as links have been acquired through proper link-building and no link is PAID. You never have to worry about PR in future- it will only increase and not decrease unless you blatantly violate Google's TOS.

    Looking for in access of $3000.
    Payment method- only Paypal transaction accepted.
