WTB: Script to Track Post Counts in Forum

    I want to run revenue sharing on my forum and pay people based on how many times they post, so I was wondering if I could find anyone who can write a program that tracks how many posts people make and sends me a report at the end of each week. The program should also have a sign-up page where people can sign up and give their Pay Pal emails, and the reports should include their emails.

    Yeah, I know they have post counts installed, but that wouldn't show how many posts someone did in a certain week, and also it would show everyone's count, not just those who have signed up and have a Pay Pal account.
