WTB Script That Organizes Images & Watermarks Them

Okay... here's the task. I have a few thousand pictures. I want to make a site that lists all the pictures and that people can download them.

    Specifically
    - Each picture has A .html Page (0001.html has 0001.gif)
    - Each picture has a watermark on it so know one can copy it.
    - Each picture has tags (will pay someone else to tag them) and a title (if no title, display 0001.gif as the title. (will pay someone else to title them)
    - You can search a tag on the site. Search "business" will come up with all pics that have "business" as a tag.
    - To download a pic, a user must enter his email. When he does, the pic will be sent to his email.

Also, the script must be flexible. Must be easy for me to add more pictures to the system. (and it also has to auto watermark for the picture displayed on the page)

Looking to pay around $50 and want it done as fast as possible. Please PM me if you can do it with a price, time frame, and preferably some sort of previous work examples.

I have a script I wrote where you drop images into a folder like so:

    myimage.jpg
    myimage_thimb.jpg

Any image with "_thumb" in the name is not watermarked (to be included on your web page)
Any image without "_thumb" in the name is automatically watermarked with the image you want to use.

If interested, Ill send it to you for $4.

    PM me.

JWRmedia, looks like you have a part - would you be interested in writing the rest of the script?

Yes, I can do it but I believe the pages would be php instead of html to allow for the functioning aspects. You can chat with me to discuss this in further detail. I will be online for the next 30min or so. I am PMing you my chat address now.

I can do it perhaps. However, I cannot give you time frame, previous work sample or the price I would charge. If you need me to work on it, just give me as much detail as possible and I will do you a solution. Ofcourse as soon as possible :)

1prox.r, I don't mean to be rude or anything but all the information is on the first post... what more do you need to know?

I can do this for $50. Can you clarify that the image is already watermarked and can we use a SQL database for tags etc?
