    Looking to setup a site, or buy a site that makes postings of reviews for other sites.

    Example. Someone can come by the site suggest/submit a site to be reviewed. We then review the site and give our thoughts as well as a rating for the site overall. Members, visitors can comment on the review as well as have a Forum, advertising spots, etc..

    Should be a community based site/script.

    Able to submit a picture with submission .
