WTB: Revenue Sites paying 10x-20x target budget $3k-$8k

I am looking for sites with little or no maintenance required. Looking for sites in the $3,000 to $8,000 price range. May consider sites less than that but nothing making less than $100 / month.

Revenue must be stable have proof for at least 3 months. The longer the better.

My requirements:
1) Revenue cannot be from text link sales unless site is PR7 or better.
2) Will not consider revenue from YPN since I do not have a YPN account.
3) If the revenue is from adsense then the site must have unique content or a unique concept.
4) No Proxies or Myspace related
5) Prefer sites with revenue from affiliate marketing, selling digital products, or strong adsense sites (12+ months stable revenue with stable SE or type-in traffic) etc.

Willing to pay up to twice the market value 20x income for good stable sites.

What I need to know to make an informed offer:

1) URL
2) Revenue (source, age, and stability)
3) Traffic (source, age, and stability)
4) Estimated asking price

Willing to pay via Paypal, Escrow, or maybe even by Company check with the right seller.
