WTB Revenue-Generating Sites under $800

    MUST be presently generating revenue!

    $800 is a strict limit.
    My valuation of what a site is worth will be reasonably normal, like 6-15 times monthly revenue, plus extra value given for PageRank and domain name.

    If there is a backend (database, installed scripts) the seller must be able to get it up & running on my server for me. I will always be able to provide a server that can suit.

    Any traffic that comes from paid advertising or your own sites must be made clear.

    Any PageRank that is primarily due to links from your own sites must be made clear.

    Prood of revenue/traffic will be required.

    Payment will be via PayPal.

    I am NOT wanting any of these types of sites:

    - forums
    - proxys
    - image hosting
    - sites with no revenue
    - sites with only "predicted" revenue
    - non-English
    - anything related to MySpace
    - automated blogs

    Deadline is end of June.
