    I would like to buy reseller hosting with the following.

    Unmetered Disk Space
    Unmetered Bandwidth
    Unmetered everything else
    Cpanel/WHM
    Free WHMCS and domain reseller

    My budget is $30/year

    I can provide you all the above except whmcs for $50 per year

    I dont think you will get everything with 30 a year because whmcs will cost atleast $10 per month

    You will probably get rubbish hosting for that price; You pay for what you get.

    HostGator seems to be a very popular choice on webhosting forums.

    I am currently with WebHostingBuzz, their service is great and hosting is not bad..

    lol unlimited space and bandwidth for $30/year AND FREE WHMCS? whmcs costs around $15/month alone

    if you don't want to get screwed over after a while, get realistic specs with a better budget, $30/month is a good budget for a good reliable reseller package.
