I can offer you a unmetered reseller but I can not allow you to have free hosting on our servers. Our tos is 20% of all server resources, cpu, ram, ect.... I would suggest if you want a free hosting site to get a vps , we can also offer you that..

Well as long as you are not having a free hosting site and only offer test accounts and friends and what not that is different.. that problem with free hosting sites in general is there is alot of spam and other violations resulting from people getting free hosting and then abusing the server.. so for you aspect then that would not be a problem.. sorry for the mis understanding. check out our website iwhic.com or pm me for more questions.
