    • 100-150 GB Storage
    • Bandwidth/Server Resource should be decent enough
    • Support for mysql and php (and in short wordpress)
    • Custom MX Records

My budget is about $50-$60 a year, and I am sure something can be managed, let me know asap.

you'll most likely end up with an overseller - I recommend you look for something a bit more realistic and proportional in order to keep things stable and reliable. Otherwise the host would have no incentive to providing you with anything in the long term if you pay $5/month for 150gb of space.

I do agree with njoker here, at that rate you'll be hard pressed to not be with an overseller for $5/100-150gb...but by all means if that works for you then go for it ;)

The servers must really be oversold to get 100gb-150gb for 60$/year. If you are looking for that much space its better to get a dedicated server.

A2hosting would be a right place for you to host the projects with such resources.
Their services are low-cost and tech staff works around the clock.

My assumption is that since you are looking for 150 GB storage, you'll need at least 1.5 Tera Byte Bandwidth.

Completely impossbile with $60 a year, I would suggest that you host the data in a storage service and you host he website (PHP + databases) in a web hosting
