that's an undersold host most likely and that's more reliable than Unlimited go with what you actually need, set a good/reasonable budget, and then you will find a reliable host that isn't oversold so You won't have to worry about the company shutting down unexpectedly or shutting you down for using "too much" resources If you have something more realistic in mind, let me know, I may be able to help you that'll work with your budget and at the same time keep things as reliable as it can be.
