    what is a reasonable price for you?

    Is there a formula to calculate? ie.... You are willing to pay 20x monthly revenue?


    I have 11 page ranked sites for sale. I've gotten tired of the whole web thing. THey earned over $900 last month. Over $1000 for this month expected.

    The days of 20x monthly revenue are way over, its much more like 10x if the website appears promising, otherwise even less.
