Hey Everyone, I'm about to start a Ebook website and want someone that can sell me quaity traffic the traffic should convert at least 1:100 so everyone that contacts me will be asked to do a test for $1 for 100 clicks. I'll be looking to spend $10-$50 on traffic and may per more per click depending on quality, my starting rate will be $0.01 but may go up to $0.10 per click.
