Show me a site in business 2 years making consistent income and I will pay far more than a site started last month which sells christmas items.

It is impossible to uniformly state a set amount based on revenue.

I really have no set budget, $10 sites or $100,000 sites, it depends on whether I believe it is worth the price.

For sites, $5k and under, I perfer Paypal ( my account is verified and I am willing to provide faxed or emailed proof that I am the PayPal Account Holder - live in Canada ) and sites over $5K, I prefer to buy using Escrow.com with a 50/50 shared cost.
