WTB quality websites

Hello everyone.

We are looking at buying websites earning around 100-200$/month, looking to pay about 12x earnings depending on quality.

Criterias are mostly about having original content

No proxy websites, might add further criterias depending on offers.

Sir, I waited until this thread moved back 3 pages. Have you ever considered buying a cheaper site, and developing it, or starting one from scratch to your specifications.
If you don't know how they got the site that way, odds are it will not perform the same for you. If you know how to build a money making site, why would you want someones left overs?

I have a few turn key sites for sale, that are ready to go forward with someone that knows how to work the web.

Both have been online 3 years,

Ive got a couple sites, but they both make around $300-400 monthly, if youre interested, they are affiliate marketing sites, PM me.
