    Looking to buy sites that meet the following requirements

    1 - at least PR 3
    2 - at least 1 yr old
    3 - no dropped domains
    4 - no adult or pharmacy sites
    5 - no directories

    Any category is fine.. but specifically looking for
    Web design
    promotional gifts


    Have budget to pay a fair amount.

    I have a PR3 Blog with 1930 posts with or 790K words. It makes $1100 a month income, 2-3 hours a day to maintain. The income is delayed a month.
