I had a coder work on converting a PSD I have to XHTML/CSS. He was doing a good job and has already completed some of the work but had to suddenly leave due to a family emergency of some sort - haven't heard from him for about 3 days now and he thinks he won't be back for a week. I'm anxious to have my site up, so if anyone can do this job in a 1-3 day time-frame, I'll be willing to pay around $75-100.
