[WTB] PSD to PHProxy Coder Wanted!

    Hi. I need YOUR help to code a PSD design, and turn it into a functional PHProxy page!

    The design will be one of the following (I'm running a contest, which will be decided today):

    ...so you can see, the code must include adsense, possibly some nav links, and address bar/submit graphics.

    If anyone can point me to a tutorial, I'll have a go myself, otherwise please reply with your quote for this piece of work.

    Also, if I'm in the wrong forum, please let me know! :)

    I can do it cheaper than $60 but I cannot give an exact price till I see the winning template.
