I am currently looking for a few individuals who can
Convert The following using:
100% VALID CSS/HTML Coding
Cross browser compatible

Conversions:
PSD to HTML/CSS
PSD to Wordpress
HTML/CSS to Wordpress (Menu must be fully compatibly with Wordpress built in Menu builder)

Work will be periodically about 2 projects per week. I understand pricing will vary from project to project depending on the complexity of the design.

Hello. You are absolutely right when you say that pricing varies a lot depending on the specific demands of each project. The price I advertise for general hand coded, standard compliant, cross-browser compatible, pixel perfect PSD to HTML/CSS is $60 for the first page and then $40 per additional page. PSD to wordpress regular rate is around $100 as an average; and HTML/CSS to Wordpress I usually don´t quote before looking at the existing code and being able to determine how much work it´s going to take me to convert to Wordpress; so we definitely need to do more talking on this.

I am always open for negotiation on pricing, as it really depends a lot on project´s specific circumstances.
